Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial
SmartLeaseFlow offers a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required to start the trial, so you can evaluate the full product before you are charged anything. We encourage you to use the trial to confirm that SmartLeaseFlow is right for you before subscribing to a paid plan.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. When you subscribe, you authorize a recurring charge for the plan you select. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com, which appears on your statement and issues your receipts.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing, or through the billing portal linked in your receipts. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be billed again. You keep access to your paid features until that period ends.
Refunds
Because we provide a no-card free trial that lets you fully evaluate the service before paying, subscription charges are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or periods during which your account remained open but was not used.
We may make exceptions at our discretion — for example, in the case of a clear duplicate charge, a technical billing error on our side, or where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or state. Where mandatory local law grants you a refund or cancellation right that is more generous than this policy, that law applies.
