Works on photos of paper leases

Don't re-type your portfolio. Upload your leases.

The reason most landlords never move off their spreadsheet isn't price. It's the evening — or three — it would take to key in every tenant, rent figure and lease date by hand. So here you start from the documents you already have.

How it actually works

Upload up to 25 leases at once

PDFs, scans, or photos taken on your phone. We read the page as an image rather than hunting for a text layer, so a photographed paper lease usually works — which is the format most landlords actually have. If a scan is too faint to read, we tell you rather than guessing.

We read each one — a few seconds per document

We read the first page of each lease, which is where the parties, rent, deposit and dates almost always sit. Anything that isn't there, you fill in on the next screen.

You check it before anything saves

Everything lands in an editable table. Cells we weren't confident about are highlighted — rent figures and dates are held to a stricter standard than names, because a misread name is obvious at a glance and a rent that's off by a digit isn't. Nothing is written to your tenant records until you press Import.

What we pull out of each lease

Tenant first and last name
Email and phone
Unit
Lease start and end dates
Monthly rent
Security deposit

What it doesn't do

It won't read your clauses, your addenda, or anything past the first page. It won't tell you whether your lease is enforceable. It pulls the handful of facts needed to set up a tenant record and stops there — and it tells you plainly when it couldn't read a document instead of inventing a row.

Already have a spreadsheet?

Upload the CSV or Excel file from whatever you're using now. Our AI matches your column names to ours however they're labelled, and you confirm the mapping before anything imports. Same rule: nothing saves until you say so.

Try it with three of your own leases

You'll know within about a minute whether it reads your documents properly — which is a much better test than anything I can write on this page.
