Avail charges per unit. At five units their paid plan is $45 a month; at twenty-five it's $225. Ours is flat inside each band — and our tenants pay nothing either way.

TransUnion screening — credit, criminal, nationwide eviction, plus reference and income checks. We have none. Listings syndicated to Zumper, Realtor.com, PadMapper and others. We don't list vacancies. Lawyer-reviewed state-specific leases with digital signing. We don't generate leases. Rent collection with next-day payouts, autopay and CreditBoost rent reporting. Backed by Realtor.com, with a scale and support organisation we can't match.
